I use the days I have art block to prep all the canvases I have so when I’m inspired I can just dive in, 10/10 would reccomend

That canvas is white because it’s already been triple primed with gesso. Canvas requires three layers because oil paint can deteriorate raw fiber without it.

I always use 2 layers of professional grade gesso applied with a large drywall knife for best and quick coverage
