Use leftover pulled pork for pulled pork nachos! We use Tostitos scoops, put the meat and other veg, cheese etc. in then drizzle with bbq sauce & bake them in the oven for 5-10 mins or so!

Sometimes I thin out sour cream as a sub for buttermilk because I almost always have it on hand and never use an entire quart of buttermilk

this all sounds great 😭 if you buy a cooking wine like marsala in the future i use it up by making pan sauces or adding it to soups when cooking aromatics for a little extra depth
