I’d recommend trying fufu from a local African restaurant if you have one, especially with a traditional African soup or stew. I use it kind of like naan in a curry, just scoop with the fufu! 😋

fresh fufu is DELISH, but i don’t always have the time or energy to make it. so i use starch powder, with takes much less time and tastes and feels just about the same.
