@vickyskitchan: - Ingredients - ▪️Brie/Camembert ▪️Pretzel sticks ▪️Honey ▪️Fresh rosemary ▪️Fresh thyme ▪️Mixed nuts (walnuts, pecan, peanut) Cut the cheese into triangles and slice each piece lengthwise again. Stick 1/2 a pretzel stick into the bottom and you have your cute little Christmas tree shape. Chop up finely your fresh herbs and mixed nuts of choice (throw in some chilli powder for a little kick). Pour some honey on a plate. Dip in your brie christmas tree cheese-side down, into the honey and then into your mixed nuts and ta-da!  ---------- You can cut up the cheese ahead of time - Prep and making takes about 10-15 mins. These were very tasty and a very quick and easy appetiser level to make.
