@the_exclusive_press: #SharonStone has shared a heartfelt message about resilience in a BBC interview, referencing her near-death experience from a brain hemorrhage after suffering a stroke 23 years ago. “You’re going to make it. You don’t know it, but you’re going to make it. I would have it tattooed on the inside of my eyelids. I would have wanted to have known it so many times,” she says. “When I was on the floor and couldn’t get an ambulance. When I went home, I read in People magazine that we wouldn’t know for 30 days if I was going to live or die,” recalling her health emergency. Stone, who was given a one percent chance of survival after a stroke. She also discussed other life challenges, including financial troubles and a custody battle with her ex-husband over their adopted son. Stone now takes medication daily to address side effects from the experience, including stuttering and severe brain seizures (especially if she’s not getting at least 8 hours of sleep).
