Lichens sclerosis is the worst! Getting a flare up is not only extremely itchy but also very painful too. Like it’s a relief to scratch but painful to do so. It’s horrible

Some other lady here did a vid on how she was having chronic itching with no infection and finally figured out that it was ALWAYS pads that were eating the skin. She switched brands and the itching

I know my period is ending because my right side itches like crazy for like a day or so as it's ending. Doesn't matter if I do pads, tampons, bidet, wipes etc. It's like clockwork every month.

I get this if my sugar levels are high, cut it out altogether for a few days gets much better . Worth a go?

I HAD THIS!!!!! Oatmeal baths helped and my OB told me to slap instead of scratch. This was a crazy experience.

Had this for many years, HRT & steroid cream helped a bit but diet change seems to have stopped it. Carnivore diet - known as an anti inflammatory diet. Worth a try when nothing else helps. I’m itch free for over a year now.
