At my work place, 1 out of 8 cubicles has bidet, and only used by non Chinese. they use without bidet even if the 1 with bidet is vacant.Hmmm

This getting out of hand. I am Chinese Singaporean. We do use both bidet and tissue paper. Also, we take a full shower, washing head to toe, in mornings, nights and whenever we need to.
