I like coconut cult cus it helped w my bloating n curved my sugar cravings but tbh the taste was just sooo 😭fermented? Idk but I like the sea moss too

I’ve been doing it for a month Its helped a lot with my bloating and relieve some of my IBS symptoms but I can’t handle the texture of the sea moss I had to switch to the gummies.
