I believe her. you know what should've been an indicator for the cops- being emotional and animated after getting sides wiped by a stranger is normal, having zero physical reaction whatsoever and being calm after supposedly sprayed woth pepper spray is not possible. if she sprayed it in his window how is he just fine? yall ever been around pepper spray? you don't even have to be sprayed directly and you're gonna have a physical reaction it takes your breath irritates the skin makes eyes water
