Prepare Sauce: In a sauce pan combine with Banana Ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and chili flakes to melted butter. Place to side before serving. 2. Prepare dry batter: combine potato starch, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, MSG, and black pepper. 3. Preheat frying oil in a deep pot or pan to 350F. 4. Coat chicken wings in dry batter. Shake off excess coating. 5. Carefully add battered chicken to frying oil. Do not overcrowd pan to ensure even frying. 6. Fry for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. 7. Remove chicken from oil to cool on wire rack to keep chicken crispy. 8. In a bowl toss chicken wings with desired amount of wing sauce till fully coated. 9.
