I have this same model but I added a drain for the gas/carb so that it doesn’t sit all summer. Works great once I’m ready to use it again in the winter.

Red Locktite? Blue maybe but NEVER the red. And I would let the engine run a few minutes to warm up that oil and get as much out as possible. But that’s just me. 😊
