Slow and steady, I remember bonding mine and putting each others litters in their cages, they’d pick it up and chuck it back out..the boys bonded for 8 years together and with the girls 6 🥹

have you tried putting them in a room neither of them know? just put them there and don't separate them until they eat and lay next to each other. usually it takes them about 1 or 2 weeks to bond.

Sadly that’s not how to properly bond rabbits. Being separated like that but but also being able so see and smell each other will only stirr up aggression. (1)

have you ever taken them on a trauma car ride together? sometimes the trauma of going through something scary together can get them to bond

Unfortunately once a rabbits bond is broken it’s reallly not possible to get back. They are very stubborn and resentful creatures unfortunately. I tried to make it for three years until I couldn’t

Try putting them in a stressful situation together like for example, putting them in the same carrier and take them on the drive. It helped with my bunnies

usually with rabbits they tussle to decide who is dominant then they chill out. try letting them have a face off, if they continue fighting afterwards might not be much you can do

I have to bond 2 guinea pigs soon but I don't know how I'm going to do it because if I split the cage (which I can do) it will be too small for them and I don't have enough space for another cage 😭
