@10newsfirst: Beachgoers on the Gold Coast were left stunned after a helicopter was used not only to recover a boat stranded on rocks but also to fly it down over a popular swimming spot. It is understood that the half-cab’s propellers jammed in rough seas on Friday, causing the boat to run aground near Burleigh Heads. Two people jumped overboard and escaped injury.
