Tip from a baker, pre-bake the dry flour! Spread out however much you need into a flat layer on a baking sheet and bake it dry. Let it cool and add it to the dough as normal!

sometimes I make a batch of cookie dough just to eat the raw dough. I get stomach aches almost every single time. am I going to stop doing that? probably not, but I accept the very real risks lol
