Why would you find a traditional hearth there? No rocks, no wood, only sand and lots of wind. That was just a hunting and play ground today and back then! Over thiinking!

those foot prints were carbon dated to 23,000 years ago, at levels that go back to those dates. the lack of artifacts just mean they haven't been found.
