I’ve made it; it was delicious. 2nd year I made out 6 months ahead. If you have the chiller space, do it. Sublime.

I made it last night, it’s legitimately fantastic so let’s see in 2 weeks. The choice of alcohol will make or break it, hopefully my choice of brandy and rum works out.
