@themindfulmocktail: A non-alcoholic Baileys recipe that can be made for one or as a batch mocktail for guests! You’ll need: 3/4 cup milk of your choice (I used regular full cream milk) 1 espresso shot (quick method below) 1 tsp maple syrup 2 drops vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cocoa or 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce/topping 1 tablespoon cream (I used heavy/thickened cream) 1 teaspoon caramel sauce (optional) 1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic whiskey REALLY kicks this up a notch, so highly recommend adding if you have some! Just place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake well. Serve over ice. To make an espresso shot with instant coffee: mix 2 teaspoons instant coffee with 1 tablespoon boiling water. Use decaf if you wish. Cool before using. Serving more than 1?
