Isn’t it your job to provide a relaxing & calming experience? If she says it’s too hot for her then it’s too hot for her. I’ve literally never had issues with nail tech lowering the temp.

some people like myself have nerve damage in our feet and warm on the rest of us feels like lava on our feet. if they're diabetic it can damage their blood vessels MORE

I love my water hot but that’s just me some people can’t handle it. Like my mom she has lupus and hot water cause flare up on her skin so she gets cooler water.

Probably poor circulation makes her feet cold. Then it feels really hot when putting her feet in. I suffer from chronic cold feet 😩
