I'm a 33-year police officer and this man is definitely being illegally detained because they can't hold him legally and required to see his driver's license just to let him leave they would have to do that for everybody they saw driving a car down the road you don't know that any of those people have a license either you have to wait until you see a crime while the car is being driven in order to demand his driver's license to see if he's able to drive legally you can't just say you want to see his driver's license to make sure that he can drive there has to be a crime first

if you park on someone else's property, whether you're told or not, you're trespassing. if someone else is parked on your lawn and to don't know they are there, they are still trespassing. Just identify yourself and move on and go talk to the chief then. doing too much bro

Third Degree (Ala. Code § 13A-7-4): Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully on other premises. Show me in this law that says, you have to be told to leave before you can be arrested for trespassing. It says knowingly, the person knows that he is not supposed to be on that property. Ask the property owner if they can identify that person or if they are allowed to be parked on their private property. If not, then he is trespassing. He knows that you cant be parked on someones property. That would be like me parking on your front yard and saying Im not trespassing because I dont see any trespassing signs. It says in the law, what a reasonable person would believe. A reasonable person would believe that you can not drive up on someone else's property and park. It is that simple.
