تو دنیایی که می‌تونی هر چیزی باشی، مهربون باش. 🤍 من از بچگی یه قانون ساده یاد گرفتم: اگه حرف خوبی برای گفتن نداری، اصلاً چیزی نگو. و راستش هرچی بزرگ‌تر می‌شم، بیشتر می‌فهمم که این جمله چقدر معنی عمیقی داره. داشتن یه پیج عمومی یعنی خودتو در معرض نگاه بقیه گذاشتن. یعنی آسیب‌پذیر بودن. یعنی بدونی قرار نیست همه تو رو بفهمن، باهات موافق باشن یا دوستت داشته باشن، ولی با این حال باز هم خودت باشی و با اعتمادبه‌نفس ادامه بدی. چون ما به دنیا نیومدیم که برای تأیید بقیه زندگی کنیم. لازم نیست همه ما رو دوست داشته باشن. لازم نیست همه ما رو قبول داشته باشن. و مطمئناً لازم نیست برای اینکه خودمون احساس بهتری داشته باشیم، یکی دیگه رو پایین بکشیم. فکر کن دنیا چقدر قشنگ‌تر می‌شد اگه انقدر با خودمون و با چیزی که هستیم راحت بودیم که هیچ نیازی نداشتیم کسی دیگه رو کوچک کنیم. می‌تونی رد بشی. می‌تونی مخالف باشی. می‌تونی نظرت رو برای خودت نگه داری. مهربونی هیچ هزینه‌ای نداره. به‌جای اینکه آدم‌ها رو پایین بکشیم، دستشون رو بگیریم و بالا بکشیم. همیشه مهربون باش. 🤍 In a world where you can be anything, be kind. 🤍 I was raised with a simple rule: if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.
