I started this with a base of puréed caramelised onion (I cheated with a flavour hack from @BELAZU (Bel-uh-zoo) ) which worked like a dream. Next on with some smoked streaky bacon parcooked and Fior Di Latte. Baked in the @gozney at 460C Once out of the oven I added some torn burrata, black pepper and a drizzle of @buckwud_organic_maple The dough was made with @molinocasillo La 8 Plus with fresh yeast proved at room temperature for 24 hours.
