@victoriascakes343: Hot Cocoa Cookie recipe 🍪 Ingredients: 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp milk (any kind) 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix (2 packets) 1 tsp baking soda 8 marshmallows, cut in half 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter & sugars: In a bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add egg & milk: Beat in the egg and milk until well combined. Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, and baking soda. Combine wet & dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until dough forms. Scoop dough: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set (cookies should still be soft in the center). Add marshmallows: Remove the cookies from the oven and gently press a marshmallow half into the center of each cookie. Return to oven: Pop the cookies back into the oven for 1-2 more minutes, until marshmallows are melty. Optional- Top with chocolate: Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
