Have you tried magnesium glycinate for the pots flares? I added it to my rotation last year in earnest and I've found it helps my flares go from days to hours which is p lit 🫠

I recommend Tsuki Adventure or Tsuki Odyssey, both are cute, easy and cozy to play. There's also Baikoh words and Mystic Mansion. They're not as easy or simple but fun and nice. 🥰
