@thebigleybasics: 5 ingredient salted caramel chocolate bars! they’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make! caramel ingredients: •2 tbsp cashew butter •1 1/2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup •1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract •pinch of sea salt other ingredients: •6oz (about 1 cup) dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i use dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate) instructions: 1. melt half of the chocolate then divide it between 2 silicone chocolate molds. smooth it out so that the chocolate covers the entire bottom of the molds then place the molds on a tray and place in the fridge to harden. 2. while the chocolate hardens, mix together the caramel filling in a small dish until smooth. next, melt the remaining chocolate then set it aside. 3. once the chocolate has hardened, remove the molds from the fridge and spread the caramel over the hardened chocolate layer. 4. smooth out the caramel then top with the remaining melted chocolate. use a knife or pastry scraper to scrape off any excess melted chocolate from the molds. 5. place the molds back in the fridge until the chocolate is fully hardened then remove from the fridge and enjoy! store leftovers in the fridge. notes: •this recipe makes 2 chocolate bars. feel free to double, triple or quadruple the recipe to make as many bars as you like! •chocolate molds are on my amazon storefront (link in my bi0) #saltedcaramel #chocolatebar #homemadechocolate #holidaydessert #nobakedessert #caramelchocolate #veganchocolate #refinedsugarfree #healthychocolate #glutenfreedessert #paleochocolate
