Strength training helps build muscle and boosts metabolism 🏋🦍 - I follow the 80/20 rule for eating and track my calories, which is made so much easier with @Cal AI - I do cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes. Cardio is great for heart health and improving endurance 🏃🏽‍♀️ - I prioritize sleep! At least 7 hours every night. Don’t burn yourself out - work hard, but rest even harder 🫶🏼 Take care of your body, and it will take care of you! ❤️
