I've used my classic no knead focaccia dough which is crazy easy to make! You can then get creative with different toppings, I’ve added pesto, rosemary and salt, along with cherry tomatoes and olives as some of my favourites. I’ve used GLAD WRAP to wrap the focaccia dough, keeping it protected, airtight and sealed while it’s proofing in the fridge. The GLAD WRAP has a core locking system which keeps the roll in place and makes it easy to dispense.
