when i used charcoal toothpaste my teeth got so sensitive that it hurt to breathe in, its better now that ive stopped using it but ill never go back cuz my teeth didnt even get any whiter

Yep I used charcoal toothpaste for years. Never had a dentist say anything about it until I found you. Now I use a nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste to hopefully help.
