@chefjjskitchen: Saucy cold pasta Ingredients: - 2 cups pasta - 2 cups yogurt @alkhamayil - 1 tbsp tahini - 2 tbsps olive oil - parsley - dried mint - salt - 4 cloves of garlic - boil the pasta till done then rinse it and let it cool. - mix the yogurt tahini olive oil and salt with the herbs. Taste and adjust it to your liking. - add the pasta. Mix it and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving if you are in a hurry or for 30 minutes in the fridge, and enjoy.
