benzoyl peroxide gel I use it at night my dermatologist prescribed it worked I would suggest don't do 10 step skincare routine and anything which has oil cleansing oil don't use it

Take magnesium L-threonate. Recommended by my OB to balance out my hormones. My mom started getting hormonal acne at 52. She started taking and it’s starting to clear up!
