Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until white chocolate is melted and milk is heated through (try not to boil it). Remove from heat and stir in about 4-5 drops green food coloring (or as many as needed for desired color). Place corn syrup in a shallow dish. Place red sugar in another shallow dish.
