This is so true. When I Understood we (neurodivergent) go to therapy to understand the needs of neurotypical individuals which (to me) seem the survival of the fittest

I can tell from body language I make people uncomfortable. My boss and coworkers actually put “soft blocks” between me and them. For instance, when in a group they put their backs to me when speaking as a group. I’m always working by myself and I see all of them work together. I was kinda annoyed about it but as time goes on I’m unbothered by it. But I know if they needed to cut a member I’m first on the chopping block.
