@tylerpath: I think there are some common misconceptions about fully coming down and extensing the elbows on a pullup. This gets exacerbated when we also add the fact that the lats lose leverage to do shoulder extension above ~120° … but what if we’re taking a wide grip, pull more in the frontal plane and keep our head back? Much closer to that 120° mark. I recommend fully lowering yourself and even allowing the shoulders to raise since we get the opportunity to train scapular depression and better lengthen the lats. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
