Can you give any tips on how to label feelings? Because I feel the physical presentation of feelings/emotions but I struggle to label them because they all just feel the same ?

I'd also like to add that it'll be easier to remember this in low moments if you start by practicing it in high moments. Do all the same steps when you feel happy, loved, etc. Make a habit of it.
