first learn JavaScript, practice it until it makes sense then only jump to the learning framework. i personally suggest learning the basics of react then next.js .

Angular is not using RxJs to update state like useState in react. Yes - angular use RxJs, but The funny thing is, to achieve same thing like useState, you need to create property in component class.
