I’m not arguing with anyone. So save it. Building muscle is not hard. If you’re still portraying that to people, you’re a bad influence. Was I once someone that promoted how hard it was? Yes. But when you learn better, you do better.  - It takes a single set to create a stimulus. A single set. 1 set, 3x a week will give you net growth. Please tell me that’s hard. Obviously if you wanted more growth.. 4-10 sets, 2-3x out of the week. This is not difficult. (Please stop arguing about “studies show” with 10-20 sets when you don’t read studies.. because those are fractional sets.. so it ends up being 5-10 sets)  - They tell you how hard eating is. It’s not. They make it hard. Building muscle does not require you to stuff your face until you can’t not more. Getting fat to lose that fat to get fat again, endlessly doing that cycle is not at all a requirement. A stimulus is required. You can achieve that stimulus regardless if you’re in a deficit, maintenance, or surplus… and that would be through training.  - Nutrition, sleep, or anything else they tell you that “helps recovery” are insanely overrated. If you actually cared about recovery, you wouldn’t over work for more to recover from. If you clearly know fatigue can be an issue and you need a deload to “recover”, it’s not complicated to adjust programming so you don’t need periods significantly reducing load, volume, etc..  - You’re not fighting demons. You’re not harder than anyone because you train to hurt yourself.. again, I’ve been there, and it’s dumb and makes no sense. If you want something hard, go run a marathon. Try a decathlon. Join the marine corps.  - It’s a blessing to go to the gym. A privilege. Building muscle is not at all hard. People just lack patience and comprehension. Because muscle building is a painfully slow process that requires little work and people make it harder because they overdo to require more recovery than growth.  - If you’re not stepping on stage, nothing about “bodybuilding” is hard. #fyp #fypシ #GymTok #Fitness #bodybuilding #gym
