I’m obsessed with Kewpie Mayo! I don’t know how I’ve been on this planet 60 yrs and been a Hellman’s kid all my life and not had Kewpie! It’s made with straight yokes. No whites and it is delicious!

Obviously this would no longer make it Japanese egg sandwich, but in Australia you will often find egg sandwiches to contain some curry powder. Keen’s Curry powder is most famous. Tiny amount. Try it

Tamago sando recipe is different from what I was shown in Tokyo, no mustard, sugar, milk, or msg, just egg, kewpie mayo, salt & pepper, must use sweet milk bread😊 either way it’s delicious😁
