I'm on the opposite end. I love these and I love when they don't show. comfort pays a lot more than UberX does for reservations. The cancellation fee also pays a lot. I've had a $37 cancellation fee

Reservations are better for riders and drivers especially at DIA. I have had people reserve as soon as they land.
