daniel larson incident 1 - mac and cheese incident (11/18/2021) In this video posted by daniel, we see him with a plate of mac and cheese made by his care provider. daniel then conducts a 2 minute long investigation on why his mac and cheese was not to his liking. In my opinion, daniel most likely was served Kraft’s jalapeno mac and cheese. Although daniel is certain it was made with honey mustard since there was no milk, i think the more plausible explanation was that the mac and cheese was made with the spicy hidden valley ranch daniel originally suspects. He not only mentions that the mac and cheese is spicy, but also makes it clear that there is a “sour” taste. This sour taste can be explained by the tanginess ranch typically has. Obviously, the spiciness would be explained by the habanero flavoring in the ranch. The final piece of supporting evidence in favor of the ranch being used to make his mac and cheese would be the little black flakes in the pasta. In the video, daniel thinks it’s made with the honey mustard because of the flakes, but the flakes in the honey mustard bottle are much larger than the ones found in his mac and cheese. The flavors daniel described are also much more likely to be the flavor profile of ranch, rather than honey mustard. In the end, it doesnt matter what the mac and cheese was made of because daniel threw it away after claiming it was causing family problems. I am assuming the girlfriend he is referring to is none other than Grace Vanderwaal. My final thoughts on the mac and cheese incident: if daniel’s mac and cheese was in fact made with ranch, i think his crashout was justified. i would also be upset if i bit into a warm spoonful of mac and cheese and it tasted like ranch.
