@therockchilliqueen: HABANERO, ROSEMARY & THYME CHICKEN SOUP 💐I was contemplating whether to share this Hot & Easy Recipe of the day or not, because I've shared this recipe many times before. 💐This is a repeat menu requested by my best friends @ninzomar @nora2963 when they were here. 💐But since I've recorded the steps, I might as well share it here. Who knows, some of you might benefit from it or get an idea for what to cook today. 💐If you noticed, I love to add fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary or tarragon in mostly all of my soup for extra flavour & aroma. 💐They also requested Stir-fry Turmeric Beef with Brussels Sprouts, which is another repeat menu, but this time I added radish. 💐Besides these two dishes, I also boiled pucuk ubi (yuca leaves), as they call it here. 💐To complete the meal, I prepared sambal belacan habanero with tempoyak, fresh petai, pickled petai, and fried salted fish to go with Rice 🔥As usual, if you can't handle the heat of habanero, please use the normal cili padi (bird's eye chili)." 🛒Ingredient • 1Kg chicken with bones, cut into bite size • 6 potatoes, peel & cut into wedges • Cooking oil • 1 cinnamon stick • 1 star anise • 1 cardamom • Half Yellow Onions • 1 thumbsize ginger, julienned • 5 cloves garlic, bruise • 3 habanero ( can replace with birds eye chilli) • 4 Tbsp Salty Light soya sauce •4 cups water •1 Tbsp chicken stock powder •Salt n sugar to taste • Squeeze fresh lemon or can use lime juice too • 6 sprigs thyme • 6 sprigs rosemary 🌹Taste taste taste adjust accordingly Enjoy😘 👩‍🍳 Method as shown in the video #spicyaromaticchickensoup #chickensoupwithhabanerorosemaryandthyme #virginia #habanero #habaneroaddict #hotandeasyrecipe #recipeoftheday #malayin🇺🇸 #asianoverseas #malayfood #momslife #Vlog #momsvlog #fusionfood #andhabaneeero
