honestly I think it's really smart for you to start on Wattpad and build a because if your book already has steam behind it. it's more likely to be successful in publishing. also, I don't know if you've already edited it, but if you haven't Wattpad can really help you hone in on what might need to change based on reader response and flow and what not blah blah

you definitely can do both! wattpad is good for getting published as well as getting books turned to screen adaptations! like the movie after or the series light as a feather!

i’m not an author by any means but if you wanted both you could always put it on wattpad, see how it goes then self publish it! or vise versa
