@revolutionhealthcoach: Like I said there are instances in which taking a probiotic may not be beneficial, especially if someone has a slew of GI related issues that have other severe branching issues such as autoimmune, skin, etc. but even in some of those instances a probiotic can be of benefit. - - Point being, you’re not gonna be perfect. You’re going to do things and eat foods that will harm your GI health. One of the best ways to maintain some balance is to simply take a probiotic every day, especially spore based.
