I adjust my boundaries if you give candy, they stay with you and I'm going home not coming back until 8am. I did this once and they never did it again unless they was staying with her.

im LC with my MIL. my hubs had this logic until my son came home from a 2hr visit w/ a bathroom regression, saying she talked bad about us and she asked him to keep a secret. visits revoked.

I tried that w/bio mom and she literally just didn’t do anything. Didn’t contact them, send them cards, gifts, nothing. Changed my number & blocked her. Too many chances and I feel free.
