I turn mine down or off when I’m scrolling in public when I don’t have ear buds. Lol I have adhd and I can’t stand listening to other peoples phone noise.

Omg yes! I can’t stand that or loud chewing/smacking 😳.. so many things , blowing your nose at the table,answering the phone at the table when others are talking.. music playing while the tv is on.
