It’s hard to explain but you must focus your eyes within the unfocused state and have the video like very close to your face

If you cross your eyes just right so that you see 3 of the same image and then focus on the one in the middle you see weird jiggle 3D effects and empty spaces and shapes

Find a stereogram with a 2 dots guide at the bottom. Then try to cross your eyes until the 2 dots become 3 then slowly look up to the stereogram.
