@stoutridgeranch: Cinnamon Strudel Bread w/ Icing 🍞🤎 For the sugar mixture: 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbs cinnamon Dry ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Wet ingredients: 1 egg 3/4 sugar 1/3 cup SOUR CREAM 😍 1/3 cup veg oil 2/3 cup milk 1.5 tsp vanilla Icing: 1 cup powdered sugar Dash of vanilla 2 tbs milk (add more if you want runnier, I recommend thick icing so it holds shape on bread) Directions: -Preheat Oven to 350° -mix together your cinnamon sugar -whisk dry ingredients together in one bowl -in another bowl mix egg and sugar together -in egg sugar bowl add the rest of wet ingredients & mix -slowly add and mix wet into dry ingredients -after you have a smooth batter pour half of it into greased baking dish and top with half of sugar/cin mixture, then repeat the process (kinda like you would with lasagna haha) -swirl with a knife like shown in the video -bake for 1 hour (cover with foil half way through so the top doesn’t burn) test with fork to make sure middle is cooked through -let cool, ice and slice #farmstand #recipes #holidayrecipes #holidaybaking
