@eric.and.joey: This morning, we took Paco and Gretchen, kennel mates from @Border Tails Rescue , out for a Sunday run—and what a day it was! The Chicago weather was surprisingly perfect, and these two shelter pups had an absolute blast exploring nature and enjoying some quiet time outdoors. Paco, originally from Mexico, had a great time spotting squirrels and showing off his natural instincts (he’s quite the little hunter!). Meanwhile, Gretchen, who’s been at the shelter for a while, showed just how far she’s come. When we first met her, she was hesitant to leave her kennel. But after a few runs with Paco by her side, she’s opened up and found her stride. And the best news? Gretchen got adopted later that same day! It’s such a joy to see these dogs find the loving homes they deserve. Paco is still looking for his forever family and is adoptable through Border Tails Rescue in Northbrook, Illinois.
