@your_favorite_contractor: This wall in this home was in pretty rough shape. as you can clearly see, there's a massive hump in the wall that would probably need to be fixed, but it will cost them a ton of money to fix it. so instead we decided to just caulk it in and call it good. So once you add paint on this carpentry project, it'll look great. nobody will ever know. That's the best thing about paint and caulking when it comes to construction work.
