the problem is part of your house is now non standard construction which can make it harder to get a mortgage on, resulting in it being harder to sell.

I would love to know if a RICS valuer would value this the same as a brick extension. As a developer it's about adding value as much as cost to build. Presuming PD and building Regs signed off ?
