It also doesn't mean the person ur no longer able to sustain a friendship with is a bad person. You just outgrew each other or ur interests are no longer healthily aligned. And that's OK.

I 💯% agree, I will never say don't call or give up. I will distance myself from that person until they need me. I learned not to give up, just give them time and when time comes, be there for them.

I told a friend I couldn't keep being the person she called when she stayed in horrible situations. I ended up having to block her bc everything was my fault and I was a horrible person I guess.
