As a RDA in implant dentistry, I completely agree. Dentistry needs to be more affordable. We have known about the systemic affects for years now, why is there no change? Hurts my heart for my pts.

And even when you do have dental coverage it's the most under covered compared to medical & vision. We recently Unionized & it's the best coverage we've had it 35 years! 80/20 instead of the usual

My husband and I have 6 years in recovery and a dentist wanted to charge $400-$1800 to pull one tooth! I need all of them pulled and a new smile even with insurance can’t afford to fix them!

I had gum surgery last month & now they make u pay upfront even w/ insurance. Told Periodontist to think about a Black Friday event, a buy 1 implant, get 1 free event. He laughed but I think genius.
